The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of tasty options. the location was perfect, close to the city center and in a quiet neighborhood. the hosts were very accommodating and friendly.

The cleanliness could have been better, as there were some areas that appeared to be overlooked. the rooms were smaller than expected, making it a bit cramped for comfort.

Possibly the best and enjoyable stay for a very lovely visit.

What a delightful stay we had at Graystone! The homemade croissants were absolutely scrumptious, and the mattress on our bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts were not only beautifully presented, but our hostess also entertained us with lively stories. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our satisfaction and was dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

We loved the hotel, it was beautifully designed and had unbeatable location very close to shops, theaters, and the lakefront. The main shopping area, theaters, restaurants, and local attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at Graystone, a charming B&B in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Nicky and Bin were wonderful hosts, making us feel right at home. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible, with homemade croissants and preserves that were to die for. The B&B itself was spotless, and we appreciated all the little touches like maps and toiletries provided. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of downtown and the vineyards. Highly recommended!

The entire house and all the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. The hostess, Nicky, was extremely kind and informative, providing great suggestions for restaurants and wineries. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation was enjoyable. The stay was fantastic, with comfortable rooms and amazing service.
